Sincere apologies for the lack of communication since the Blue Lagoon. As I write this, there is a hive of activity in the hotel living room.... iPads and lap tops are tap tap tapping away and there is a relaxed atmosphere of happy teenagers with rosie red cheeks. I will let them tell you all about it, but from my point of view, today has been fantastic! Just watching the pupils taking in the views and experiences of the day has been very rewarding.
We have been on the go since 0730 this morning and we arrived at our new hotel at 1930, so it has been a long day with lots of different activities. As we wind down this evening, the staff are starting the northern lights vigil.... The rule is, whatever the time, if the lights come out to play, we all get up!
