Day 3: The morning view of Eyjafjallajokull

As we arrived at last night's hotel in the dark, we didn't quite realise our proximity to the wonderful volcano that erupted in 2010.  This morning as we woke up after our excitement of the Northern Lights last night, it was another wow moment!

However, once we took our morning photos, it was time to defrost the bus, whilst David the guide packed the suitcases on.  Delighted that the pupils were more than happy to help, here was the team work going on this morning.....

Once the bus was de-iced, we started out on what would be another long day with a lot of new experiences for most.
